Who is Tuggle?

Anthony E. Tuggle is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TAG US Worldwide, a leadership and business transformation firm that partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, elevate culture, and drive sustainable performance in complex environments.

With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Anthony has led large-scale global operations, customer experience transformation, and organizational change. He previously held senior executive roles at AT&T, where he led organizations of more than 30,000 employees across over 200 locations worldwide. During his tenure, he delivered billions in annual revenue streams and managed multibillion-dollar P&L portfolios spanning customer operations, digital strategy, sales, marketing, technology transformation, and people development.

Anthony later served as President of Customer Operations at Afiniti, an AI-driven technology company, where he helped clients unlock billions in customer lifetime revenue through artificial intelligence, data-driven decisioning, and customer experience optimization.

Today, Anthony is fully dedicated to leading TAG US Worldwide, working with organizations, boards, and executive teams on leadership development, cultural transformation, workforce evolution, and AI-enabled customer experience. TAG delivers executive coaching, advisory services, cultural frameworks, and future-of-work strategy grounded in real-world execution.

As a kidney transplant survivor, Anthony is also a kidney patient advocate, advisor, and national speaker. He works with healthcare organizations, foundations, and patient communities to advance awareness, equity, and patient-centered care. This advocacy informs his leadership approach, emphasizing resilience, empathy, and responsibility under pressure.

Anthony is a Certified Executive Coach and holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Management from Thomas Edison State University. He is a graduate of Emory University’s Executive MBA program and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Executive Education Program.

In addition to his executive work, Anthony has served on and advised numerous boards and organizations, including more than a decade with the National Kidney Foundation, where he also served as board chair, as well as Emory University Goizueta Business School, Mount Vernon School, Ignite Worldwide, National Sales Network, and The NorthRidge Group.

As a keynote speaker and trusted advisor, Anthony blends executive insight with practical frameworks leaders can apply immediately. He is the author of I’m Better, Not Bitter and the creator of Mentoring Wednesday. His mission remains constant: strengthen the leader, strengthen the culture, strengthen the future.
